GoogleI just wanted to send a quick email to say how impressed I have been with the Abbott’s team. Selling my mums house after her passing away has been a really difficult time for us but everyone we have spoken to have exceeded our expectations especially Natasha and Samantha who has worked alongside us at every stage to ensure our sale is being dealt with as quickly as possible. We are very grateful to Natasha for marketing the house and to Sam for acting in our best interests at every stage of this. I have been really poorly in and out of hospital in the last few months and it means a lot to us to know Abbott’s are looking after it all for us. Natasha and Sam are a real credit to your team along with lorraine and everyone else I’ve had the pleasure to meet and work with and couldn’t recommend anyone else more

Both Cheryl and Gabby were always so friendly but at the same time very professional. If I contacted them by phone or email I always received a reply answering my question as soon as they found out the answer! GoogleAbbotts were the estate agents that handled the sale of our new home, although they were working on behalf of the previous vendor they could not do enough to help. As we were first time buyers they ensured we understood each step hand holding where necessary. They made buying our first home an amazing experience, and will use them in the future should we decide to sell our home! Amazing service!

GoogleCheryl and Gaby’s professional competence was matched by personalities that were genuinely warm, kind, and authentic. They were in constant communication with us, responding to our requests, and proactively going out of their way to assist in maintaining the momentum during the buying and selling process. They guided us through the whole process with great expertise. In the thick of things, Gaby even entertained my toddler to allow Cheryl and I to finalise pending paperwork. We always felt at ease when working with them and they are a positive reflection of their team. Cheryl leads a well-organized team who kept us informed about upcoming due dates, changes in scheduling and so on. We would strongly recommend Abbots-Halesworth to anyone looking to rent or buy a property in the area and its surroundings.

GoogleAlthough it's reasonable to say that on the whole, Estate Agents don't have the greatest of reputations, Abbotts follow all the stereotypes by the book. Poor communication being their forte.

GoogleI would like to thank Holly, Chloe and Charlotte for for the excellent service they have provided for me. I had a bad experience with another agent and the Abbotts have turned that around by their customer service and finding the right tenant for me. I would highly recommend Abbotts to be your letting agent in Bury St Edmunds.
