GoogleAbbotts Cambridge have been managing my properties for some time now and I have found Jessica in particular to be very helpful and efficient when any problems have arisen. They are also very thorough with vetting prospective tenants and doing inventories. I would have no hesitation in recommending their landlord services.

GoogleI have been letting my property with Abbotts for the last few years and been happy with the service. Recently I have needed some renovation and repair work to the property and Olivia Mindel has been very helpful with coordinating this, promptly contacting us and responding to any issues that crop up. GoogleWe have been renting through Abbotts Countrywide Cambridge for a few months and have always had very good service. Recently we needed some repairs done to the property which Olivia Mindel organised for us. She was amazing, always friendly, kept us updated every step of the way and checked in with us afterwards to make sure we were happy with the results.

Very professional and friendly throughout, kept us up to date with all communication and recommended Rob from Countrywide Mortgage Services who has also been phenomenal so far!

GoogleProbably the most expensive letting agent in Chelmsford. Charged me 1500 (of which 875 a deposit) just to move in... and then 400 when i needed to move out. Staff cannot really explain their charges and it looked like they(charges) were coming out of nowhere. Would not advise it to anyone else!!!
