GoogleFantastic estate agents! Great communication and really easy to deal with. One of the employees Bukola inparticular was very pro active, and worked really hard to get everything processed quickly and efficiently. Also Ben who works in the same branch was equally as helpful. Definitely recommend them to anyone else. Thanks again guys!

GoogleI have dealt with this company for the last 4 years. They were previously known as Holmes Pearman but have now become part of Countrywide. I have always had a great service from the team! Especially from John Pearman and Chris. I would 100% recommend them to anyone!

GoogleHaving a very awkward probate property to sell, Abbots helped reach the best value for the property. The sale required a specialist buyer and the process has been less than smooth, but the entire time (Jade in particular) has provided fantastic service, providing feedback and advice along the way. Making what could have been a really challenging process much easier. I wont lie, Abbots are not the cheapest, but I guess its true that you get what you pay for. At least in Basildon, I can highly recommend them.

GoogleI would like to introduce Amy as me and my wife’s estate agent and we are both so impressed with the service that we received! We were searching for the right estate agent for a couple of years. As a first time buyer, the whole process was daunting, however, Amy could not have made simpler. From the first viewing to the completion, Amy made sure to keep this process very simple and easy. There is one trait I really admire about Amy, she has a tremendous work ethic. Amy had taken the pressure of the process by providing regular, prompt updates and provided good explanations to any queries I had. Amy managed to successfully extract information from a number of parties, as well as inform me of what my next steps were during the whole process. Despite this, she still had to manage expectations with other clients. Another trait I admire about Amy is her creative approach to reaching out to her clients. There were a number of times I had missed Amy’s calls due to work. As an alternative, Amy made a whatsapp group. She wanted to deliver a prompt and efficient service by going above and beyond my normal expectation, even if that meant receiving messages on the whatsapp group on her days off! Moreover, I had a number of silly questions I wanted to ask the vendor, for example, the height of the living room door in metres? However, this did not put Amy off, rather she responded with a very positive attitude. I would without doubt recommend Amy to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home, or for any queries regarding properties for that matter. I would like to conclude by saying that there is a reason why Amy has won a number of estate agent awards, she is good at what she does and has a very bright future ahead. GoogleAs a first time buyer I had no idea about anything when it came to getting a mortgage. Everyone here was very helpful! Dionne produced rapid results for me, she was also very passionate and exceedingly enthusiastic about landing me on the property ladder. Dionne explained everything fully along the way and was always there for me if I ever needed any advice or help. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy first time or not. She didn't hesitate to arrange a viewing for a property on the first day so I was then able to make an early offer in which led to a purchase! GoogleA tenacious bunch that will guide, assist, and drive the processes forward. They had a difficult sell with the property we had, and a few issues with the chain of purchasers too. Abbots did not give up and chased throughout and kept timely updates to all involved. Massive thanks to Amy Rendall, who case managed the sale, you never gave up, you never quit and nothing was too much trouble... this is why you are the top salesperson!!! GoogleThere are not enough superlatives to describe the amazing trio that are Jordan, Amy and last but far from least Jade. Every call answered with a cheerful "hello", not once did I feel rushed to end any conversation, even when they were busy. The advice I received really helped me get through my Parents move. GoogleI have been looking for my first time home and abbots have helped me with this. I have been dealing with a gentleman called peter who has been very helpful and answered all my questions and keeping me up to date with the process of it all he is very cheerful and polite. I highly reccomend this estate agent I have added to my recent review if there was 10 * then that is what I would rate, Peter was so helpful and understanding even with all the agro I had from Thurrock council he supported me through it all and contacted them for me aswell. I honestly won’t forget how helpful and supportive you was to me yet we finally got there thank you for everything I appreciate all of it! It was lovely meeting you and having all your help it’s means a lot ??
