GoogleGreat communication, always there to help however they can. I bought my flat through Abbott's and now a few years on I am renting it with Abbott's managing it for me. Though all staff have been helpful, keeping me up to date and answering all my questions, Chris has been fantastic, guiding me through the lettings process and quickly finding tenants etc. making it an easy process. Highly recommended!

Abbotts approached me a couple of weeks ago regarding two minor issues the tenant had. After I told them that I would like them just to go ahead and sort small jobs without the need to run it by me first, Olivia effeciently organised the two minor repairs without needing to come back to me through every step of the process. This helps keep my tenants happy, gives Olivea more job satisfaction and stops me being a bottleneck in the smooth running of my property.
