GoogleThe staff have been amazing. It's had its challenges selling our property but the girls have been on top of it all the way through. Constantly chasing things that need to be done, not just sitting waiting for things to happen. I give the 5 star because they have been excellent at their job and would recommend them.

GoogleA huge shout out to Jordan and Laura (and the team), who were absolutely brilliant from start to finish! They were so proactive, personable and genuinely always on it. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they went above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier. I was kept regularly updated via WhatsApp throughout and they were really considerate of my working hours, always making sure they contacted me when I was on a break rather than disturbing me during the day. I honestly couldn’t fault them… their communication, support and dedication were amazing. I’m so grateful for everything they did to get the sale over the line and would highly recommend Jordan, Laura and the team to anyone looking to sell their home!

Wow what a breath of fresh air. They have just helped me re let two properties. Absolutely brilliant communication and efficiency. From start to finish I was kept in the loop and things went really smoothly.

GoogleI am delighted to write a review for Newton Fallowell Estate Agents, Mansfield. They were all "on it" from the beginning. My first contact with Jordan, who was enthusiastic and contagiously positive with her ideas, to the incredible friendly, efficient, supportive, professional and again positive and professional, lovely Laura (who answered all my questions and great to talk to!(all of them were)!)). All supported by Ellie, who also kept everything moving, nothing was too much trouble and the communication was fabulous. A fabulous team. The price is good and between them, they made everything seem easy. I am so grateful to them for making me feel that I am in "good hands". I have had experience with other Estate Agents and can honestly say, Newton Fallowell have been the BEST.

She kept us updated, was always quick to respond to any questions we had and went above and beyond to help keep everything moving along. GoogleWhat can I say! Absolutely wonderful experience. I have moved a vast number of times, as a renter for most of my life. This was one of the quickest and smoothest processes I have had the pleasure to go through. From start to finish Andrea was a delight. Very welcoming at the viewing. Very approachable to any questions and took me through the not so fun bits (paperwork, referencing etc) quickly and efficiently. Communication was fast and any issues were resolved quickly, which we appreciated as we were relocating and had a deadline due to work commitments. We were kept up to date at each stage of the process, from viewing until signing contracts. Really friendly and personable. Thanks to Andrea (who the majority of communications were with) and the rest of the team too for a smooth process at a time which can often be quite stressful!

GoogleAndrea at Newton Fallowell went above and beyond dealing with our move to Ferneley Crescent. Filling in the forms was a mammoth task, Andrea talked me through all the paperwork, and sent a message as soon as she heard that everything was OK to go ahead. Her contact with the Landlord over questions we had about the bungalow and gardens was excellent. We will be eternally grateful for her very professional handling of everything. Thank-you so much. GoogleNewton Fallowell were excellent in achieving a sale of our rental property. Hannah was very "hands on" and helped to resolve a few glitches that arose, quickly and efficiently. She always replied to emails or returned phone calls, which can be a rare occurrence in today's world. Brooke was also very helpful and able to deal with matters if Hannah was away from the office. We have used different branches of Newton Fallowell in 3 separate property transactions and would highly recommend.
