Ellie kept me up to date every step of the way but wasn't at all pushy she was very down to earth and professional, and made the whole process very simple and straightforward . GoogleAll good except on moving day when we had to go out of our way to drop the keys off after a hectic time, in office hours and no- one was there !!!! Which made us unnecessarily stressed even more.

Just to clarify, it is normal practice for the vendor to drop off their keys to the estate agent’s office so that the buyer can collect them once completion has taken place. On the day in question, our team were out on appointments, which unfortunately meant the office was temporarily unattended. We do always recommend that customers contact the office in advance, particularly on moving day, so that we can arrange for someone to be available and avoid any unnecessary inconvenience. Nevertheless, we sincerely apologise that this added to what was already a hectic day for you. We hope your move went smoothly in the end and that you’re settling in well and enjoying your new home. 🏡 Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you all the very best in your new home.

GoogleFrom my first meeting with Zac from Newton Fallowell I knew that I would be choosing them to sell my elderly friends home. From the fantastic sales brochure with the ariel drone shots, the overwhelming number of interested parties that were shown around the property to a very very early offer of the full asking price Newton Fallowell have been outstanding. They dealt with all the queries and made my job a lot easier. I think it was on the market for around 10 days from the day the sale board was erected to when the offer was made. Outstanding marketing from Newton Fallowell meant my elderly friend could settle into his new residential accommodation in the knowledge he could have a comfortable life without worrying about funding . I highly recommend this professional team at Newton Fallowell a first class service from first class estate agents.

GoogleWe had an incredible experience buying our first home through Newton Fallowell (Forest East branch), and we can’t thank Nicola and the team enough. From accommodating a last-minute viewing to being exceptionally responsive over email, their service was top-notch throughout. As a first-time buyer, I was completely new to the process and terminology. When I thought I needed to offer over the asking price, Nicola patiently explained how everything worked and guided me on a realistic offer to present to the sellers. She also recommended a fantastic mortgage broker without ever making us feel pressured. Our second viewing was just as welcoming, and receiving a lovely hamper when collecting the keys was such a thoughtful final touch. Absolutely zero negatives, I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

GoogleThey take over a week to reply to emails, little return in communication and when they say they’re going to do something no one actually knows because you never get any progress updates. At this moment in time I don’t recommend them as a buyer and certainly wouldn't consider selling through them because service standards are extremely poor. Hopefully they’ll turn things around but if we were to pull out of our purchase it won’t be because of the seller or the property, it would be because of Newton Fallowell office.

Throughout the buying process i found Alisa to be first class by communicating in a timely manner, with accuracy and humour. The Office manager was also very helpful and friendly on occasions that we spoke. The entire team are very helpful and friendly and made the entire proceed very bearable. My honest advice if you’re are planning on buying, selling property is these are the estate agents that deliver on many fronts.

GoogleI've just recently completed my house purchase & from the viewing up to completion, I've been very happy with the service I received. I was liaising with Maisie throughout & she was always very helpful, friendly & prompt with her responses when I had any queries. She took the time to go through the initial application form with me & provided me with good recommendations for a solicitor & property surveyor. As a first time buyer it was a bit of a nerve-wracking process but to know I had someone I could contact & get quick answers from really helped. I can definitely recommend Newton Fallowell for house purchases.
