GoogleWe used Newton Fallowell to sell our home and we used a conveyancer recommended by them which was Gilson Gray Lincoln. The initial valuations and photos on the brochure were great and Our home sold after the 1st viewing. Newton Fallowell were easy to contact and communicate with. Unfortunately the conveyancer was dire, they were problematic from start to finish. I reached out to Matt for help throughout the process and nothing was too much for him, he was honest and efficient. I would definitely recommend and use Newton Fallowell again, but I would leave Gilson Gray well alone.

GoogleAn absolutely fantastic estate agents! Very friendly, very polite and very approachable! We had Andrea who is an absolute delight of an agent, she was 100% straight up with us regarding the bungalow we viewed, telling me and my wife about the land lady, the home itself, literally went through every fine detail and giving us reassurance and answer all questions. Andrea showed us around each part of the bungalow going through everything from where stop cocks are too what the rooms have been used for, wether pets have been in etc. After the viewing we were allowed to check around ourselves and decided to go for it. Andrea sent us links and got the ball rolling for us, we sent what we needed in to her and literally within an hour work was as completed and we received emails for the next steps in the process. Due to Newton Fallowell and Andreas hard work we were reference checked, credit checked and detail checked within 2 days! We viewed the bungalow Tuesday and received news on the Thursday that we had secured the property! Andrea and Newton Fallowell went above and beyond for us! Even when we went to pick up the keys everyone in the office was so friendly and polite! We genuinely recommend Newton Fallowell 100% and Recommended Andrea 100%

GoogleOur bungalow wasnt an easy sell. We took it off the market once and Newton were happy to have us back. After something like 60 viewings it sold. All the team at Newton stuck by us and we’re confident and supportive throughout the entire process. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to them.

GoogleNick had obviously done his research when he came out to see our property, and we were offered good advice on a realistic listing price. Amy and Ollie in the sales team provided excellent communication throughout the period that our house was on the market and under offer. Amy in particular, supported us in keeping in touch with the status of the chain as we progressed towards completion, and was always prompt and helpful with all communication. Nick offered a sound strategy on regenerating interest when viewings slowed. In hindsight, I wish more advice had been forthcoming when we did receive an offer as I feel we should have sought an increase in the initial bid. Overall, however, Newton Fallowell provided a great service and I would recommend them.

GoogleThis is the worst estate agent I have ever used. I would advise anybody considering using them to think twice. They massively overvalued my property by approximately £90K, and gave poor advice around the presentation of the property. It’s in need of modernisation and needed some carpets put down, windows needed fixing and some lights needed updating. The lady who came out, Ella ,advised I leave the property as it was. After nearly 3 months, 1 viewing, and minimal feedback from Newton Fallowell, I decided to get other valuations from different agents. This showed that the initial valuation and poor advice meant that I was unlikely to sell the property. Newton Fallowell had set my property up to fail. To date I have had no explanation as to why they got this so wrong or a proper apology for messing up. My only conclusion is that the lady from Newton Fallowell did not know what she was talking about. I was expecting knowledge and expertise of the local housing market. What I got was the opposite. Please be aware that this review is 100% factual and genuine, unlike some of the ‘5star reviews’ that have been posted on here. I advise anybody thinking of using these ‘professionals’ to go elsewhere! Further to my last review I have had some feedback from Jason Treadwell, a director of NF. In trying to excuse the Miscalculation of my property he makes the same mistakes as his incompetent agents. Unlike NF I did my research. The property used as a guide to value my property was completely different. Double garage, considerably larger floor space. As I have said before NF have screwed up and have admitted no liability. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid!
