I feel going with Newton Fallowell to sell my house was a very good decision now that it's finished. A special shout out to Abbie & Kayrn from the Sales team & Steve who did my valuation. All three were clear, patient, friendly and consistent with their communication, each time I called the phone was answered quickly, emails were responded to promptly. Even up to completion day, they were happily answering any questions I had, which during a stressful time is so valuable. I had a very good experience and would certainly consider them as a first choice if I moved again.

Even though my property sale didn’t go as smoothly as hoped, all the agents at Newton Fallowell did their very best to get things progressing and get as many viewings as possible. All the agents I spoke to were lovely and kept in regular contact with updates. Recommended!

Newton Fallowell are definitely the best estate agency I have ever used. They worked really hard to get viewings and for every viewing they gave me detailed feedback. We had some hassle with a buyer dropping out, but very quickly their marketing resulted in more interest, subsequently more offers and finally a sale. Their communication was excellent and the whole staff have all been lovely to deal with. I would especially like to commend Alicia and Maisie, who were the main contacts throughout.
