GoogleI would not go with this company as they have been very uncooperative with any requests of maintenance that have been made . They take weeks even months to do repaires and don't take safety of tenants seriously. Bradley especially does not help tenants who have vulnerable children and will always talk down to his clients especially single parents. They also break there own agreements in more ways than one and think they are in the right to do so.

GoogleGreat company. I have used them to let a property out and also to sell a property. Both experiences were fantastic, the staff are incredibly helpful and always try their hardest for their customers. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

GoogleMoving house can be very stressful and finding the right agent makes everything so much easier. Sarah and Sharon were proactive, efficient and available when needed. Not only were they professional but they were very supportive and so aware of how emotional things can get when so much depends on finding and buying your next home. I would absolutely recommend them without hesitation and trusted them every step of the way. It would be easy to say they did what they were paid to do but they did so much more than that.

GoogleThroughout the process we were kept updated by Maisie and we appreciated her checking in, at times even just to say they were waiting on specific things. Taking this approach made us feel relaxed and saved us having to feel as though we were chasing. Equally, whenever we had any questions, no matter what they were, Maisie to would either answer immediately, or she’d research it and come back to us. In conclusion, it was a very calm and favourable experience. Thank you.

Gavin takes the time to understand my business and property requirements and only ever approaches me with properties in line with that. GoogleApplied to rent a property and was immediately asked for an absurd amount of personal and financial information before even being offered a viewing of their glorious residence. Household income details, credit information, and many more. Fairly surprised that no security clearance was requested. All upfront, all completely unnecessary at this stage. Providing this level of information is normal when actually applying for a tenancy, not when simply asking to view a property. It shows zero respect for applicants’ time or privacy. After submitting everything, there was absolute silence. No update, no response, no basic courtesy message. Not even an automated “sorry, the property has been let” which it clearly has, as I had to find that out myself. Although another suspicion is that i was automatically rejected as plebians like myself are surely unworthy such luxurious accommodation. If this is how potential tenants are treated at the very first step, I can only imagine how existing tenants are dealt with. Honestly feels like a bullet dodged. Classic letting agency behaviour: disorganised, and dismissive. Would not recommend.
Hi Lukasz, your review of our services cannot really be classed as a review as you havent actually got to the point of using them. Due to such high demand in the rental sector, it is impossible to deal with every single person who messages about a property listing. To enable us to operate the lettings department efficiently and without a bombardment of viewing request calls, we opt to pre-screen which limits the responses to the ones we actually need to deal with. (To us this is good organisation). Ultimately we cannot please everyone or provide a property to everyone, but if you want to drop us an email i will do my best to try and help you find something in future.
