Newton Fallowell didn't just meet, but they exceeded all expectations. Our sale was quite complicated and needed a lot of nursing to get it through. No matter what time in the day, they were there to help. I truly believe that no other estate agent would have been able to get the sale through on time and will gladly recommend them to anyone selling or buying a house.

If you're looking for an estate agent who has - No interest in getting you moved quickly (although that was discussed as a priority) - No communication for weeks - No help whatsoever when it comes to advice on selling your home to encourage interest - Puts the house up at a larger cost, even though you will dramatically have to lower that cost (and they knew this.) - Stresses you out no end - Acts like you're their world, and will do anything to help yet are not proactive in the slightest... THEN NEWTON FALLOWELL IS FOR YOU! I only gave 1 star, literally because it would not let me put none. We are counting the days until the contract is over with this company, to try our luck with another. This was my first time selling a house, and tbh it was not a good experience in the slightest. It has been just thing after thing with them, and even when we gave them notice to say we were leaving they said nothing. We had no call, no letter, no nothing. You'd think when your customer is about to leave you, you would at least try to find out why! Disgraceful, and a waste of our time. I firmly believe that we could have been moved by now if we had gone with someone else.

Deliberately deceitful, highly unprofessional, disgustingly uncourteous!!! Since I got a job at the University of Lincoln. It takes I travelled almost 6 hours journey and paid about a �100 ticket on public transport to see the proprty. I booked it, paid the referencing fees of �144. The agency agreed to the date for me to acquire the property and everyone was happy. All references went well, I got a place for my son in a nearby school (the reason for choosing this property), left my current property with a set plan on holidays before moving to Lincoln, booked for connection with sky, stored my luggage and paid charges to AnyVan.com for the house move etc etc. It was only when I asked for some paper required for the city council that the agency told me the house we agreed upon has been let to someone else!!! They kept me in the dart for 25 days - Surprise surprise !!!! I mean, I have 2 kids and we have no home at the moment in the UK and I am about to start my new job next week. Their email simply said Apologies for any inconvenience caused

Viewed the house in the dark, locked rooms no electricity and claimed rental fee was higher than advertised. Took me 6 months to sort out debits on gas and electric meters with no assistance. Have had visits from trades people with no prior notification as they claimed they could not contact me by phone, email or text and in one case as the electrical inspection company office staff "are not very good"

I was particularly impressed by: * their speed and the thoroughness of the replies on particular matters; * I lived approximately 80 miles from the property and they dealt with all matters in an exemplary manner without the need for a visit from me e.g at one of their weekly visits they identified a water leek. After gaining my permission they arranged for a very modestly priced plumber to fix it. * They were not solely dependent on Rightmove, Zoopla etc. though they do use them * The property was sold to a cash purchaser on the day it was offered for sale at the top end of the price range which I had received from more than one independent valuer. * Because Probate took longer than expected and they managed to keep the purchaser interested throughout. * Because they don't seem to employ a separate receptionist the respondent always had a full knowledge of the property and where is was in the process. The agents were very professional and polite throughout the period. Property inspections were carried out on schedule and they reported back to me. They were outstanding.

We would like to thank Jordan and his team for a service that exceeded excellence. He saw the potential in our home , presented a very positive outlook and to top it all at an excellent rate.We had no reservations in contracting Newton Fallowell to market our property . The sale was completed within one week, something of a record I feel . The figures speak for themselves.We cant thank you enough , well there is the bill I suppose , but seriously a first class job ! Well done .
