GoogleI sold my property through NewtonFallowell Swadlincote last year and was incredibly happy with the service provided. The photographs that Tim took were fantastic as were the property details. The property went on to the market and the staff in the office rang around their existing customer base resulting in 4 viewings being booked in within 48 hours. The second person to view the property offered on it and we accepted. With my experience this is often where estate agents can start to fall short but the sales progression and updates were second to non. Sally and Tom from start to finish kept me updated every step of the way and nothing was too much trouble. Since my sale going through last year I have recommended the team at NewtonFallowell to friends who have been equally happy with the service they received. One friend accepting an offer the same day it went to market due the staffs proactive approach. In short a job extremely well done!!!
