We recently sold a flat in Stamford and found Jason, Zoe and Ainslie good to work with. They kept us informed all through the transaction and when problems arose they tackled them head on to find a solution. We were pleased with the final outcome although it took rather longer than we wanted due to legal difficulties which were finally sorted out.

FacebookReasonably well organised and they eventually found a viable purchaser at the fifth attempt. The four aborted sales were for a variety of reasons. In two of them there was an issue of insufficient funds. We thought the financial scrutiny in these cases could hav been more rigorous. Also, after the first sale fell through (August 2015) they seemed to lose interest and there was little apparent activity until we gave notice at the beginning of November.

FacebookFrom the valuation to sale of my house the level of service I've received from the Newton Fallowell team has been excellent , keeping me informed at every stage of the process from start to finish . I've dealt with several estate agents, compared to Howard and Julie the others are inept , they're maybe a new company in Brigg but you can certainly tell that they have decades of experience throughout the local area . brilliant team . brilliant company . Would definitely recommend them above anybody else , thankyou !

FacebookI have been very happy with the service offered by Newton Fallowell and have also worked closely with Richard Baldam the financial advisor who works alongside Newton Fallowell in their Newark office. I couldn't be any happier with his service. He is happy to spare his time and always explains the pro's and con's of any of my financial situations. The team at Newton Fallowell have always been very professional and I look forward to working wth them again in the near future.

From our initial viewing to the collection of the house keys, we have felt in very safe hands. All aspects of the purchase were handled with absolute professionalism and care to detail and it was very reassuring to be kept informed of the process at every stage. I cannot remember the last time I felt as though my best interests were being put first by a company. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone buying or selling their property.
