Reading some of these negative reviews has made me absolutely shocked!!! Newton Fallowell LFE have been amazing from day 1 and I wouldn’t be able to recommend anyone else within the area that provides the same level of service that they do. I spoke with a few agents when they came to initially value my property but some of them were more focused on getting the listing rather than me as a person. I feel as though the valuer Zak was very considerate and took the time to actually listen to my questions and help me understand how the whole process worked. Having not sold a property since I brought this one over 40 years ago I was unsure as to what to expect, however, the whole team were incredible and so patient with me. I would like to personally thank Nici, Poppy and Henry for always keeping me updated, accompanying the viewings for me and always being happy to have a chat with me on the phone when I have been unsure on things. I can honestly say that they have gone above and beyond with their service and really made me feel confident in such an unsure time. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property within the area as you will not receive service like what they have provided to me anywhere else. Newton fallowell syston - I had a great experience throughout the purchase and selling of my home. Zak the director ,was very professional and informed me of all the steps along the way. He was very informative of the current Housing market and I found him to be very warm and friendly. Tom was very attentive and took beautiful photos of my home to create a personalised brochure including all the small details about my home to present to any potential buyers. They were my buyers agents, so selling the house a step down the chain. However my agents were just terrible! These guys did a brill job of chasing information that wasn’t being passed to them. To the point that I had to call round branches untill I found them and supply the information directly. After that they became my first call for up dates on how the chain was progressing as my agents didn’t have a clue!!! I’ll be using them next time!
