The process was a breeze and even on a very busy week for them they were great to work with. All the info i needed going forward with property was all precisely presented and communicated to me.

GoogleLara and Scott were amazing sorting the flat for me. I got a very nice flat south London and the agency also sorted utility bills and contacted the council for the council tax. This was really appreciated because I just started a new job, and I didn't have time to sort these things out myself while starting my new role. So far the agency has been really nice.

GoogleBy far the best estate agents in Beckenham! Lucy showed us quite a number of properties throughout our search - she was always on time, very professional, courteous, and we never felt any pressure from her to pursue a sale - very impressed! Thankfully, we ended being able to buy a property through Mann and the process was largely hassle free - very much appreciate the efforts of the office team to make it so!

GoogleThe service I have received as a landlord over the last few years has been second to none!! These guys really know their stuff and are hot on anything that may come up. They found superb tenants for me quickly who have now been with us for two years and are great! Piara our property manager is so on the ball and makes my life so easy managing anything that is needed quickly and professionally. Honestly couldn’t be happier with the support, advice and service from these guys. Looking forward to many more years in partnership.

GoogleFor over five year Gary and his colleagues have looked after my property in Hextable. They have dealt with some difficult tenants issues with expedience, grace and common sense. If you want good advice, great service and a can-do team then I'd recommend you call Gary.
