GoogleI had great service from Emilia Parmar and Dominique (now at Sydenham branch). They were friendly and honest and I did not feel pressured into anything. Always respectful and understanding of a buyers problems. James from the beckenham branch helped coordinate my purchase and to chase up solicitors on both ends when it was taking too long.

GoogleOur new property manager Piara Ullah is simply amazing. Had a leak in the bath tub last night that was affecting our neighbours downstairs and reported it to Piara this morning by email. By 3pm the same day, plumbers were here to fix the problem. All sorted by 3.30pm. Fantastic, efficient service. Keep up the great work!

GoogleAll the Mann staff were punctual, polite, helpful and knowledgable! Indeed, I could not, as a novice landlord, have found more professional service. The process went very smoothly, including the marketing and inventory and check-in. Staff were enthusiastic, encouraging and endlessly patient with my pesky questions... I recommend them unreservedly.

GoogleAbsolutely 1st class service! had trouble finding a place for a month or so, finally went to Mann in Beckenham and the staff couldn't be more helpful, before we knew it we had a place - move in ready and the entire process was fast and easy. i would recommend talking to Krystina Jones although everyone i dealt with was amazing she made us feel like we were a priority and communicated with us throughout the entire process. well presented and very professional (5 STARS) :) Thanks for your help guys.

Lucy showed us quite a number of properties throughout our search - she was always on time, very professional, courteous, and we never felt any pressure from her to pursue a sale - very impressed! Thankfully, we ended being able to buy a property through Mann and the process was largely hassle free - very much appreciate the efforts of the office team to make it so!

GoogleLara and Scott were amazing sorting the flat for me. I got a very nice flat south London and the agency also sorted utility bills and contacted the council for the council tax. This was really appreciated because I just started a new job, and I didn't have time to sort these things out myself while starting my new role. So far the agency has been really nice.

GoogleThe service I have received as a landlord over the last few years has been second to none!! These guys really know their stuff and are hot on anything that may come up. They found superb tenants for me quickly who have now been with us for two years and are great! Piara our property manager is so on the ball and makes my life so easy managing anything that is needed quickly and professionally. GoogleWe had the pleasure of using Mann estate agents in Locks Heath as needed to rent a property and found the service very friendly and helpful. Luckily for us the first house we viewed was the one we both wonted and moved in one month later and can’t thank Mr Lee Rawson from the Locks Heath branch enough for all the work he personally put into making this happen for us and must also add the landlady is a very nice and helpful person so we couldn’t be happier and it’s all down to Mr Lee Rawson / Mann & Co Locks Heath Regards Gino & Theresa

GooglePopped in one afternoon to have a quick nose , Chris approached and was fantastic. Sold us a great house with so much potential and a fantastic first family home. After choosing a house we dealt with Samantha the mortgage advisor and once again Sam went above and beyond with Not just doing her job and getting the best deal but we had so much trouble with solicitors and Sam went above and beyond to get it sorted 10/10

GoogleMe and my fiancé have just brought our very first home with Mann&Co. Where do I start... We had an estate agent called Jack Proudly who was an absolute star from the very beginning. True professional helped with every little thing even if it wasn’t his department. Made our experience 100x less stressful than what it should have been. It's never an easy process buying a house but Jack kept me up to speed all the way through the process and we were able to go through the buying process in a very short space of time. GoogleWow!!! this Ashford branch is awful. If you can get anyone to answer the phone it's a miracle. Been trying two days In a row all times of the day to try and make a viewing of a property. If you were going to sell your house through them GOOD LUCK!! One thing for sure I definitely won't be!!!!!
