GoogleMe and my wife found ourselves in the street, with no home, thanks to the great management skills of these bunch of cowboys. The lettings area has absolutely no interest in what they do, and no attention to detail (but not small detail, they don't even see the big ones). Terrible experience.

GoogleWhat an amazing team, the manager is so helpful, honest, upfront - it might not have been what i wanted to hear but it was definitely truthful and i really appropriated the honest approach, as another agent just said what i wanted to hear but could not back it up. I would highly recommend this team as they are just on the ball!!!

GoogleWe had issues buying I property, it took a really long time but once Claire Down took over our case, things started to speed up, she was really supportive, she got things done fast, she constantly kept us up to date. She really knows what she's doing and we felt that she went above and beyond!

GoogleI had part of my deposit held since 2015 because my former landlord want all. I tried endlessly to get it but all to no avail and I gave up. To my surprise, Nadine Watson the property manager got in contact and asked if I would go 50/50 with the landlord. Less than a week, my money was in my account. In terms of the property management Piara Ullah has also been incredible, she is prompt with her responses and ensures the 'job' gets completed in a timely manner whilst keeping you up to date every step of the way. GoogleThe manager is very unprofessional and drag there feet in returning our deposit. I would not recommend. Poor service! If there was a lower rate than 1* ... i would give it... I left feeling like they treated us as if the manager had a personal issue with us! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!
