Guy impressed us with his honest, professional and straightforward approach, which was something we had never experienced before, as we had been previously badly let down by other agencies. It felt like we were dealing with a family friend who wanted the best for us along the way, which was very refreshing. Guy is extremely knowledgeable and was able to expedite the process for us, such that we were able to sell our house and complete on our purchase within two months. GoogleAmazing service from all the team at the at the Kingswood branch. Nikki, Zoe and Kate were exceptional and so professional throughout the whole process. They went to great lengths when they didn’t have to just to be helpful in issues relating to onward chain. Would absolutely recommend them 💯 The only issue we had was our sellers weren’t so professional or reasonable and left all their rubbish behind in the house and left it filthy and they still haven’t re-directed their mail!! But that’s not the Estate Agents fault they did an amazing job. 😊

GoogleHighly recommended! We have sold two properties through F&C Rutland in the last 6 years, most recently in spring 2024. On both occasions their service was impressive. F&C know the market, are well connected, and are energetically proactive. As a result, there are fewer viewings by time-wasters, more viewings by genuine potential buyers, and the reassuring knowledge that you'll achieve a sale at the the property's full value. They're the best!

I can totally understand your frustration but sadly when we have multiple offers on a property, we are duty bound (by law) to put them all forward. It is of course the sellers decision who they want to proceed with, often it is not just about the figure offered but the buying position which can influence the decision on who to accept and as explained to you and your agent the offer accepted is from someone who is chain free. GooglePhoned the branch to sell our house, told the sales team would call us, they didn’t. Waited 2 weeks, filled in an online form asking for a valuation. A week later still no contact. Needless to say won’t be bothering a third time.
