GoogleI was very pleased with how helpful Abbott was as a company throughout the entire process, especially Jodie Gray!! She stood out for me, very hard working and dedicated and pulled all stops to make sure everything was sorted irrespective of the difficulties with Covid. GoogleReally quite disappointing with the service I received. I was going for the new PF development and was told that there were plots available and i had to be quick if i wanted them. I complied and got my paperwork back almost instantly. Only to then be ignored when chased up on the plots as i was ready to reserve in that moment. I chased over 4 times and sent emails and didn't get a reply yet waited 3 weeks to get nothing. The only person heading up the development seemed to not know what was going on with the plots and believed they were available yet everyone else in the office had told me they were gone. Transparency is key when dealing with customers, if the plots were gone or still going through applications thats fine. But to be told they were available and then to be ignored for weeks on end and not followed up with isn't acceptable.

GoogleJust got the keys to my new flat with Abbotts and I am thoroughly satisfied with their service. Daniella especially was so helpful and kept us in the loop every step of the way! Any queries were answered promptly and it took only 2 weeks from applying for us to have the keys. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent!

GoogleFrom the minute I enquired about the property, my experience has been outstanding, Christopher was very professional, efficient and made the process very easy, as a student it can sometimes be difficult finding a place to live but despite the circumstances of COVID 19, I have had a very pleasant experience and I would recommend Christopher to anyone looking for a property!
