GoogleBought a house through Abbotts and cannot fault their service. They updated me along the way and chased when required. They were better than our solicitors. We even got home and found a little care package which we thought was a lovely, caring touch. Thank you to Janette and Hannah for their help in getting us into our forever home.

GoogleHaving just purchased our property through Abbotts in Watton, we would highly recommend them. We dealt mostly with Lynn and she was brilliant at chasing for updates when it appeared solicitors were being slow. Lynn was away when we exchanged and completed but the rest of the team knew where we were up to and continued seamlessly (and I think we spoke to them all at some point). The whole team are brilliant at calling back when they say they will, even if its just to let you know that they are waiting for updates.

GoogleAbbotts Watton really do go over and above to provide exceptional Customer Service. We had a pretty stressful time as we Exchanged & Completed on the same day. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we actually arrived at the Property very late on Friday night ( with an unhappy cat ). However, James wasn't phased and kept in contact throughout the evening and was waiting for us when we finally touched down. He also stayed and made himself available to answer any questions. Great, friendly service offered with a genuine smile. Thanks again James.

GoogleI am writing to confirm the withdrawal of our offer for the purchase of the above premises. From the outset your service has been nothing short of appalling, firstly you neglected to mention in any of your sale advertisements that this property is a 'listed building', you also didn’t mention that this premises is in a conservation area, the first we knew of these very important details was when our own solicitor informed us some weeks into negotiations! Your customer service is nonexistent, even today (like on so many previous occasions - for example last Thursday - no return call) (today is Tuesday) you haven’t returned my call. You have left me no alternative other than to seek a purchase elsewhere with a reputable agent. In order that others may be deterred, and not subjected to such a horrendous experience - which has resulted in a significant cost to me, I am sending a copy of this email to your head office to advise them how you run your branch!!NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe used abbotts to sell and buy our house through the pandemic. Pat and david where both very helpful in all aspects. We had pat come to value the house for a start and once we agreed on a price to sell we got all the paperwork sorted and went live. We had lots of people visiting at the start and a lot of interest but no buyers. Nearly 1.5 yeara later we got a buyer. The time it took to sell was not helped by the pandemic. Both david and pat where very good and tryed there hardest on viewings. Once we had sold i was having daily meetings with pat to help me find a property. We used there morgage adviser all over the phone. This worked realy well as i didnt get home in the normal 9-5 hours so he booked me in late and worked with me. I cant say the same for there solicitors and servayors... Just dont use them... There useless i ended getting all my money back from the servayors as they messed up and missed so much. As for th solicitors they just kept missing things and would tell me something weeks later what i could have sorted in advanced. I luckily had pat and david chasing the solicitors daily. i know pat made over 90 phones calls to them and i spent endless hours chasing them up, pushing as they where just too slow. But over all we where very haply with the service abbotts gave us and i would recommend them. (Just not the companys they work with)PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleI can honestly say I don't think I could of had a better experience buying a property all the team at Bury st edmunds have been brilliant jamie alexandra and Edward where all on the ball and got me the answers to all my questions promptly they where also very friendly and all approachable nothing was to much to ask so a big thank you from me. Hope was also brilliant she tried to get me a mortgage for the best price and she even stayed late after work unfortunately we couldn't get the price I needed to borrow but that was through no fault of her own I am self employed and a single buyer not the easiest person to find a lender for. I look forward to working with her again in the future. As a whole I would like to thank the team again for a easy non stressful purchase and would like to with them all a merry Christmas and a happy new year.
