GoogleI was received here in the warmest way possible by Terrell Denton and he heard all my requirements towards a perfect house that I could possibly rent very patiently and offered me advice on the areas where it was suitable for me and my family to live. This estate agency has alott to offer and really flexible with the requirements and dates to move in.

GoogleBuying a house through abbots exchange street Norwich is hard work. Like others have said they don’t reply to calls or emails.they also lie to you they make buying a house very stressful. Kerry blue and her team especially jenna are very immature. It’s like a classroom full of girls very unprofessional it’s like he said she said that type of mentality.Avoid if you can

GoogleI just saw a review dropped by Tom Lillywhite, I wish we had seen this 2weeks ago before my friend paid deposit for an apartment in Colchester. House viewing was done when another tenant was still in the house. Request review was dubiously postponed only for the agent to drop the key for my friend. On entry to the house the following day, it was filled with mold and they have refused ti take the key back nor are they ready to return the deposit paid. My friend will post her review with pictures. We'll be escalating this to the Housing Ombudsman BE WARNED!!! NEVER USE THIS LETTING AGENT!!!

GoogleWe have been renting a property through Abbotts for two years now and we have always been very pleased with the excellent service we have been provided with. The property was shown to us via a video during covid and we were impressed with the professionalism despite the time as well as the great condition in which the house was in. The paperwork was very easy to fill in and Ben, the agent was helping us throughout the whole process. Since then, there have been numerous occasions where we needed a repair or a spare key, and the agency have gone above and beyond. One of the people being Thapelo Kobe, who always responds to us immediately and ensures all of our enquires are answered. Very friendly and helpful which makes it easier for us to reach out for help. All the agents are very friendly in person, always return our calls and they ensure to maintain a good relationship between tenants and landlords. Would certainly recommend :)

GoogleWell what can I say but excellent service from Klaudia Lepp. She puts personal into the experience of buying a house. Throughout looking for a property, Klaudia has regularly rang me and discussed what I am looking for, she then informed me about a house that was coming onto the market which was suitable for our needs. We went and looked and fell in love with it and then left it to Klaudia to help us purchase it, which she did. I honestly think she was our little guardian angel as everything else has not worked out and needless to say we are thrilled and looking forward to moving.
