GoogleI bought a place from this agents many years ago , it all went swimmingly. I also rented my property and got a person in the property quick. I sold the property and too was a quick sale. They moved the tenent with ease to another property. Was amazing all round.

GoogleMy experience with Abbotts Rental Agency was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Not only did they fail to return our advance rent payment in a timely manner after vacating the home, but they also didn't support us in claiming it back from the landlady, resulting in a loss of our money. Additionally, they neglected to back up the deposit properly and unjustly deducted exorbitant amounts, citing unnecessary expenses such as £710 for cleaning and double payment for tap replacement. This lack of transparency and fair treatment is unacceptable, highlighting Abbotts Rental Agency's disregard for their customers' rights and financial well-being. Im including their communications I seriously won’t entertain these kinds of behaviours from an agency like Abbotts. I have left the property at February 28th and till now they are claiming the landlady haven’t responded to them. It’s so frustrating to experience such kind of poor professionalism from them I have lost almost £1800 pounds and in debts.

GoogleWe first viewed a property with Nick 12 months ago and sadly it sold whist we were on holiday. Garry kept in touch and let us know that it came back on the market, only to sell again. Hollie in the office has been fantastic and we have also viewed other properties in the meantime with Samantha. Third time lucky and they have all played a part in our little bit of fate!! Garry has gone above and beyond in helping the vendor with her legal paperwork and his after sales skills have eventually pushed it through. He has certainly earnt the commission on this sale!! I can highly recommend The Hunstanton team.

GooglePeter and Nelle from the Rayleigh letting team have been nothing but helpful and supportive in finding a tenant for my mum's flat in Southend. When the first potential tenant pulled out a week before their move in date, the team managed to find a new tenant for the property, completed the referencing check and sent over a new tenant agreement, all within 48 hours!! Impressive is an understatement! I would highly recommend them if you want to have a hassle-free experience 😊

GoogleI honestly can not thank Abbots enough. Peter and Amy have been increble helping me find my dream home. The communication is 5 stars and they couldn't have done any more to help me. I have been using abbots for years and shall I need an estate agents help again I will be returning. Thank you so much for everything and I will absolutely be referring people to you.
