GoogleI don't recommend Abbots Basildon ,we will never make the same mistake again. They never answer to out emails/phone call ,not helpful at all ,we are trying to acces the deposit and no one is helping us .

GoogleCan never get them on phone always says leave details and they still don't get back to you. Colchester high St shop. What a very big difference. The new man in letting were very very helpful .ask for details of me leaving witch is what I needed for the council and rang him 9.oclock received them 9.30 well done antany

GoogleA rarebreed in the estate agent industry in the UK. My experience with Abbotts have been truly exceptionally professional in comparison with other estate agencies I had experienced in the past in the UK. They are not flawless by all mean and there were also disappointments (e.g. sudden change of schedule etc) but I can't imagine I could enjoy better service from elsewhere. Special shoutout to Ann whom had always been very quick and polite in responding to all my email requests, even when she was supposed to be out-of-office. Kudos to Erika and Mackenzie for their amazing service, flexibility and assistance in completing my tenancy. They also have some of the best apartments in Norwich. Highly recommend them if looking to rent a flat in Norwich.
