Everything has gone smoothly, my property was on the market within a week of Dean visiting & valuing it, and I was kept in the loop when it came to all the viewings. The location is perfect, with easy access to public transport and amenities like grocery stores. The buying process was smooth, thanks to a abbotts real estate agent who walked me through every step. The price was reasonable compared to similar properties in the area. Pros: Spacious rooms, great natural light, and a convenient location. GoogleGenuinely the worst estate agents I’ve dealt with in my home buying journey, found a house me and my partner liked that had been listed that day, contacted them and arranged a viewing for following week as was told that was the earliest they could fit us in, then got a return call saying they had a open day for various properties on that road earlier that week, so we went to that after re-arranging our other viewings. On arrival we found out that that property wasn’t ready and there was no possibility to look at this property and they had simply got it wrong . As we liked the property so much at the time we requested to be made aware when it was available for viewing, we were promised this by 2 estate agents we spoke to, they failed to ever do this and the house sold. If I was selling my home, or anyone asked for recommendations I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole.

GoogleJust bought a property through Abbots and dealt with Stan primarily. 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting to purchase through Abbots. Stan was so kind and patient throughout, was always honest about the process and if i was unsure about something, would always take the time to call and go through this in detail. I also felt that there was fantastic advocacy on my behalf with the seller, and really felt he had all my best interests at the core of the process. As a first time buyer, I never felt unsafe or unsure about anything throughout the entire process. Would 100% use and recommend time again if wanting to purchase/sell a property within the area. Could not have asked for a better agent and estate agent to deal with me. Thank you!!

GoogleI have recently bought a property through Abbotts in Stowmarket. Highly recommended! I mostly dealt with Stan who has been first class. An agent who is honest and gives a fair and balanced opinion. If he said he was going to do something, he did it, no chasing required! Having also dealt with other agents previously , I can honestly say they are the best agent in town.

Very nice guy, was able to answer most my questions, and any others he made a note of to confirm with the landlord, later confirming some the same day, and the rest the next day via his colleague Kerry. In my application process, the information was clear, and it was really nice to be provided with a rental guidance document to explain my rights. Hopefully my application is successful.
