With viewings restricted to 9-5 Monday-Friday, a large section of buyers are unable to view.I sold my house after receiving a message from someone who knew the house and wanted to view, but had been unable to book a viewing due to work, I took 2 viewings from the buyer and made the sale. not much help from the agents.I paid for the enhanced package and was not too impressed with the pictures, all distorting the rooms and missing areas of the house and a large section of the garden.The buyers said they would maybe not have asked for a viewing had they only had the pictures to rely on, as they were not representative of the house.Property sold, but not sure how effective the agents were on this occasion.

GoogleTo be clear I am writing this review as a business owner dealing with this company to progress legal matters. This company fails on every level. Today I rang to chase a reply to an email sent to Analise 10 days ago to progress a legal matter. I'm an existing client. The receptionist advised that Analise was off, to which I asked if she'd been off for 10 days.. to be advised 'no'. To which I asked to be put through to her team as perhaps she,d passed the work on. To be told that they are all working at home and uncontactable. Incredulous I was then told that calls can't be tfr. The quality of the output of this team is dire and previous complaints have not been dealt with .. they simply ignored the complaint in breach of rules. . Clients go elsewhere! This company is the dregs

This is a company that really needs to work on its Customer Communication. The general level of service provided is fine, but this is let down by a “drip feed” method of communication, particularly where costs are involved.In my most recent experience, I was contacted by Your Move to advise me that my tenant had decided he wanted to terminate the lease early. Immediately I asked what the cost to me would be for re-marketing the property. I was told that that as an early termination penalty, the outgoing tenant would be liable for the re-marketing costs and that the process “would not cost me a penny”.New tenants were quickly found, vetted and handed the keys to the apartment, whereupon I had presented with an invoice for a £200 “Shortfall Payment”. This was subsequently explained, but this just exemplifies the drip feed nature of the communication from Your Move. If this was a reasonable, anticipated charge, I should have been advised at the outset.Three weeks in to the new tenancy, I received a Landlord Statement showing that Your Move were holding on to the first months rent in partial payment of the Set Up Fee, leaving me liable for another £200. This is the cost that I had initially been advised was the liability of the outgoing tenant. Re-marketing my property following an early lease termination has gone from not costing me a penny to costing me £1,700. It it unlikely that I will be using Your Move’s Services for future Lettings.
