Googledealt with Your Move Bexleyheath. I was told by Anya that I could move in by the 10th if my references came back on time. The move-in was delayed multiple times due to landlord compliance issues, not me. Despite explaining I needed a property urgently, they blamed me for pulling out and held my deposit. Communication was poor and dates kept changing, very stressful experience

Hi Kenny, We're sorry that you feel disappointed with your experience. However, we do feel it's important to clarify that a move-in date was never guaranteed. Throughout your application, we explained that any proposed move-in was subject to all legal compliance requirements being satisfied, including the necessary HMO licensing documentation, which was outside of our control. Our team did everything possible to progress your tenancy and kept you updated throughout. At no stage did we withdraw the property or cancel your application. The application remained active until you chose to withdraw after securing an alternative property elsewhere. We appreciate that the delay was frustrating, but we must also ensure all legal requirements are met before allowing anyone to move into a property. We believe this is in the best interests of both our landlords and tenants. We have responded to your complaint directly and remain happy to engage through our formal complaints procedure should you wish to discuss the matter further. With all the changes for Landlords to navigate, with the renters rights act, the knowledge experience they provide is more important than ever and totally invaluable. Dason is very knowledgeable honest, professional gentleman who exceeded my already high expectations. I was kept fully appraised every step of the way, Megan & Chris also facilitated short notice viewings which was much appreciated. They always answered calls, emails, and queries quickly, efficiently and honestly. I would not consider any other rental agents, after they have got things consistently right for me. Both of them are highly professional, helpful, responsive, and effective! Easy to get hold of and highly knowledgeable about the lettings process. I was always reassured after speaking with them, and very impressed by their service level. GoogleI cannot recommend Maria at Your Move highly enough for anyone looking to sell their property. While Your Move is a large national brand, Mariaβs level of local insight was far superior to the independent agents I spoke with, as she understood the nuances of our specific location and buyer demographic perfectly. Selling a home is of course stressful, but she managed the entire process with a level of professionalism and commitment that exceeded all my expectations. Maria's communication was truly exceptional; I was never left wondering what was happening because she was always proactive with clear and consistent updates, coordinating with solicitors and the other agents in the chain far better than the estate agent managing our property purchase! She really proved her worth when managing a set of particularly difficult buyers... Maria acted as the perfect buffer, remaining incredibly calm yet firm under pressure to ensure my interests were protected without letting the situation escalate. I am incredibly grateful to Maria and the team and cannot recommend them highly enough.
