Having tried another agent in town who promised the world and then let us down, we turned to Newton Fallowell. I can honestly say I regret not giving them the chance on day 1, they buck the trend of traditional estate agent stereotypes. We found them honest, professional and above all they acted with integrity. Adam’s knowledge of the local area and advice of how to pitch our home was expert and clear. I think the key thing compared to other agents, is the support didn’t stop when the sale was agreed, Adam made sure the sale went through, even when challenges arose. From day one, to exchange of contracts they went above and beyond to serve our needs. I can’t thank Adam, Jason & the team enough. If you want an agent that will actually deliver what they promise and are honest and true to their word, these are the guys.

Our level of service was way beyond expectation, and that's not something I write often. Initially we were assisted by James, who was very helpful, and then the sales process was taken over by Rick Westmore. It was a complex transaction involving the original vendors part exchanging the property with a national house builder, and as time went on it became ever more complex to the point that it was an almost certainty that it would fall through. Now Rick put an enormous amount of effort in to getting the sale finalised, chasing both solicitors vigorously to see the completion of the sale, which happened at the eleventh hour and was close to miraculous because of the last minute complexity. Without Rick's sterling efforts and his demonstrable in-depth knowledge of the sales process we are convinced the sale would never have happened. The man is a star. So we wouldn't hesitate in recommending Newton Fallowell and in particular Rick Westmore.

All the staff were very supportive and gave sound advice, as selling a home can be quite stressful at times. We used the assisted viewing service, as we couldn't always be home for viewings. As a landlord over the years I have used a few estate agents for my rentals. I have been with the team at Newton fallowell now for quite some time and have no intention of leaving them. I find their approach to things outstanding as they deal with both landlords and tenants in a perfect way. The team are considerate to both parties and remain professional and friendly at all times.
