GoogleI recently used Newton to deal with the sale and purchase of my property after a recommendation of a friend. Couldn’t be happier with the professional and efficient service received from the team throughout. We even had our original buyers pull out during the process (completely out of everyone’s control) The team were incredibly supportive and had a new buyer in place within 2 weeks !! GoogleAlthough we didn’t end up buying a property through Newton Fallowell, I can’t recommend them highly enough. Fred and Alicia in the Oakham office went above and beyond to try and get the purchase through under difficult circumstances. They were always open, honest and professional, kept us updated with regular communication, and were proactive throughout what became a stressful process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were consistently friendly, approachable, and efficient. Their professionalism, transparency and willingness to help made a real difference is something I haven’t always seen when dealing with other estate agents. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Newton Fallowell to anyone looking for an estate agent that genuinely cares about their clients. A special shout out to Fred who is clearly extremely capable and showed real empathy when we were at our wits end!

From the initial evaluation with Maisie back in September, to Fred coming again when we were finally ready to sell. Everyone was friendly, helpful and not pushy at all. Alisha was kind and considerate, as our main sales rep throughout the process. Would recommend.

Special thanks to Donna who made herself available on her day off to negotiate our sale and finally to Charlotte who not only assisted throughout our sale but also with our purchase, which was a private sale and communication was difficult for us at times. GoogleI cant thank Jordan and the team enough for the sale of our house. Very straight talking and always keeping us in the loop, they didnt stop chasing when required. I would seriously recommend this company to sell your house, there are so many options when selling your house with other Agents trying to push you into selling with them, which puts me off straight away, with these that wasnt the case, I went on face value and it worked. They valued my house within 24 hours, took professional photos and a property tour video which they listed on the website and portals the next day, and matched me with the perfect buyer within a week! GoogleI would thoroughly recommend Newton Fallowell for their great efficiency and customer service in valuing and selling my house quickly. Henry had a very positive outlook on my house and managed to find a buyer within one week. He, Adam, Jenna and the rest of the team made sure that we got to exchange as quickly as possible and were invaluable in chasing the solicitors and others in the chain to expedite matters.
