GoogleAs a landlord over the years I have used a few estate agents for my rentals. I have been with the team at Newton fallowell now for quite some time and have no intention of leaving them. I find their approach to things outstanding as they deal with both landlords and tenants in a perfect way. The team are considerate to both parties and remain professional and friendly at all times. I personally have never had an issue that they can't sort out and my tenants have new once complained to me about the service they provide. I would just like to say thank you to all the team.

GoogleAs with most home moves we have experienced the usual anxiety,stress and concerns.however the amazing crew at Newton Fallowell calmed all our nerves and could not have done more to ease the purchase of our home. Above and beyond does not cut it. They have surpassed that phrase.( Ok....the chocolates helped). Any repairs or maintenance issues I’ve needed help with have been dealt with so quickly and efficiently, which has made such a difference. Harriet especially has been amazing, she’s been so helpful, friendly, and proactive, always making sure things are sorted and keeping me updated along the way. GoogleNewton Fallowell Lincoln valued and took my property onto their books 11 months ago. I accepted their valuation as the asking price, but since then their only marketing strategy has been 'reduce the price'. £35K of reductions has had zero effect and only one, solitary, viewing was by some lovely people who clearly didn't want such a big house as they were downsizing but had been persuaded to view as it was in their preferred location. The staff kept saying the only 'problems' with the property were that there is no garage - can't change that, but there are 2 allocated parking spaces - the property is 'over commercial premises' - it's NOT, it backs onto CPs thus has a very different address and postcode - and so it continued with their only conclusion being it was the price that was putting potential buyers off...but which they had valued. When I withdrew the property from them, after paying the exit fee, their sales manager was adamant that I had not been pushed to reducing the asking price (3 times) but that was the only topic of discussion I had ever had with the staff I.e. it was all about the price...and that was their only suggestion to marketing and selling the property. No refresh of photography, no refresh of details, no alternative media outlets, just continue to use Rightmove and reduce the asking price, again. No thank-you.
