We had our initial viewing with Annie, who despite being new to the job was very helpful and more than willing to find out the answers to any questions we had that she wasnt sure of. We were looked after by Andrea whilst preparing to rent our new property and couldn't have asked for anything more. The communication with her and all the staff we dealt with were brilliant and nothing was too much. Quick replies and efficient processing.

Jayne McSheffrey was absolutely fantastic. Very clear in the process we needed to go through, and she was very polite and a lovely person to speak with. She went out of her way to sort out a problem I had, and it was sorted out immediately with a quick response! The experience I had was excellent!

I was extremely happy with the professionalism and service I received throughout the sale of my house. Unfortunately, the sale wasn't straightforward through no fault of the team, but they kept me fully informed every step of the way and worked tirelessly to keep everything moving until it was successfully completed. Overall, I'm very pleased that I chose them to handle my sale and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. A special mention has to go to Gavin, who was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He always kept me updated, even taking the time to check on things while he was on holiday. He also continued to look after me after the sale had completed, knowing I was in temporary accommodation, which I really appreciated. His dedication and genuine care went above and beyond, and I can't thank him enough.
