I had a job offer that was out of County and too good an opportunity to miss. The challenge was the need to move away at very short notice.
Matt came to value our property, and I immediately sensed his credibility. We agreed a price that was in line with local house sales, but attractive enough to get the house sold quick.
A photographer attended a few days later. The house went on the market on the Thursday, three viewings were arranged on the Friday and it sold on the Saturday.
After that, our dealings were with Kiera, and she was exceptional throughout. She provided regular updates, chased up the conveyancers when needed and was always available to help.
