GoogleSarah Charlton on the lettings team has been very helpful in finding us a property. She was aware of our needs and guided us through the process. There have been a few snags since moving in and she has communicated on our behalf , with the landlord to successfully iron out problems as they have arisen. She has gone above and beyond to ensure we are happy and comfortable in our new home. As a representative for Newton Fallowell she is first class.

GoogleMy house was marketed, had two fall throughs, communication was mixed. Viewings were horrendous multiple people turning up. An email was sent stating how poor communication with potential buyers may have impacked my home sale. House removed from the market. When I wanted it relist I called and was told by Caroline that it should be back on by the weekend that was 9 days ago and I've heard nothing. Clearly my email rubbed them up the wrong way. Its just a job to them but a big deal to home sellers. I'll relist with another company. N&F need to re-evaluate sales to get a home sold from beginning to end.

GoogleMyself and my partner, were first time buyers and we’re dealing with Laura Thacker whilst completing our purchase. As first time buyers we were unsure of a lot of the processes that are involved with buying a house however Laura was very informative throughout the whole process liaising with our solicitors and our vendor to keep us updated at all times. She was supportive and answered any queries promptly when needed. Laura made the experience a lot easier and kept us informed the whole way through and really appreciate the support that she provided.

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant experience. Easy, fast and super thorough with the whole process. My agent Sophie was pleasant, friendly & super helpful. I was desperately looking for a 1 bedroom flat. I found one with Newton Fallowell, it was easy to book a viewing. And the viewing went really well and I was happy to proceed with application process. Application process was also easy to complete, with Sophie keeping me upto date and sending all relevant information through. Im so glad things went ahead with tenancy and Im super excited to now start living. This is my first rental property and the whole process went smoothly as it could. I want to say thank you for helping me find my first ever home. Wonderful experience. And I would highly recommend to all.

GoogleIf I could leave more than 5 stars I definitely would. Katrina went above and beyond her duties during the sale of our property in Sibsey. Katrina was extremely friendly whilst remaining very professional at all times. She kept us updated regularly with regards to the sale. As we had 3 buyers who pulled out for different reasons, she dealt with all that was thrown her way in a very calm and professional manner. We are very grateful to all the staff at Newton Fallowell for always being available for any queries we had throughout the process. Katrina is now part of our family.
