GoogleWe recently sold our property with Newton Fallowell, and the service from start to finish was outstanding. From the very first valuation, Simon completely stood out from the other agents we met. He arrived thoroughly prepared with market data, detailed analysis, comparable properties, social media marketing examples, and a clear strategy for selling our home. He spent plenty of time with us, answered all our questions, and showed genuine passion and enthusiasm for our property, something the other agents simply didn't. The marketing was excellent. It was clear the team had taken the time to research the property properly, and the photography, video, and social media promotion were all first-class. Throughout the entire process, communication was fantastic. We received regular updates, and the team were always quick to deal with any administrative tasks or queries. Everyone was friendly, approachable, and a pleasure to work with, making what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed. A huge thank you to Simon, Gale, Anna, Ashley, Charlotte, and the rest of the team for all your hard work and support. We really appreciate everything you did and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Newton Fallowell to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

GoogleTheir staff are rude! I employed them to sell my house and ended up having to show people around and do my own negotiations. Nothing like paying someone to do work and you end up doing it yourself. Dont recommend them at all. Now understand why a lot of their sales fall through.
We respectfully disagree with several aspects of this review. Our team successfully introduced the eventual buyers, negotiated the sale at the full asking price, and saw the transaction through to completion within 9 weeks, considerably faster than the average property transaction. Throughout the process, our team remained actively involved in liaising with all parties and progressing matters towards exchange and completion. As is common in many property transactions, there were occasions where direct communication also took place between seller and buyer, which we supported in the interests of keeping the transaction moving efficiently. We also disagree with the implication regarding our wider sales performance. Nationally, property fall-through rates are significantly higher than those achieved by our office. We do not recognise a number of the comments made within this review and are satisfied that our file records and correspondence demonstrate the work undertaken by the team throughout the sale process. Nevertheless, we are pleased the sale completed successfully and wish Mrs Hollands all the best for the future.

GoogleMe and my partner can’t thank this company enough! We have rented out a property for the very first time and it’s been a delightful experience. Abbie who works at the Mansfield branch has been amazing, the day we got the keys she helped us move some stuff into the house and reassured us on everything from the very beginning. The staff at the estate agents are also very welcoming and are so chilled. I don’t feel under pressure and nothing is ever a problem. It has definitely made this new experience very exciting. We’re over the moon with the whole process. We applied for the rented property and within 2 weeks we had the keys. Fast and easy service😁 The landlord has also looked after us and provided us with a property that we can now call our home. We have had the most outstanding service from the very start! Throughout the entire process, they were always available, kept us regularly updated, and set realistic expectations every step of the way. No question was ever too big or too small, and they were always happy to explain things and offer reassurance when needed. Their communication was excellent, and we always felt informed and supported during what could have been a very overwhelming process. The whole team were professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. Their dedication and commitment to seeing everything through made a huge difference, and we are so grateful for all their hard work. GoogleThere are not enough words to say how grateful we are for all the help and assistance that we got from Andrea at Newton, she was fantastic, from the first showing to all the assistance and help going through the procedures step by step, she helped us and led us in the right directions that we needed. Lots of paperwork that was a bit confusing at first,but all our questions were answered quickly and sorted out. We moved from a one bedroom flat to a four bedroom house so it has been a major change and we are lucky that we got this and thank everyone for their help in sorting it.
