GoogleI am really thankful for Mann Letting Agency to get me a perfect flat where i really interested to take in Park Gate. Perfect Location and easy access. They Made my life easy with setting up utility in that flat too. Timely Response from Lee and their team helped me a lot with any queries where i came across. Happy that would recommend to anyone.

GoogleWe have recently sold a flat in Dartford through Mann Countrywide, and have had the best experience of dealing with a company that we've had all year. I was starting to think that there was no one left in the UK who did their job properly, but Chantelle (and the rest of the team) has gone a long way to restoring my faith! At every stage of the sales process, Chantelle kept us informed and often surpassed our expectations with the effort she went to on our behalf. The sale completed quickly and easily, and she often dealt with things over and above the call of duty. Chantelle is friendly and professional, and has been a pleasure to deal with. I'm very glad we chose to sell through Mann Dartford.

GoogleI would highly recommend Mann Dartford to anyone looking to sell their property in the area. Kevin and his team, especially Chantelle were fantastic with the support, advice and professionalism they provided when I sold my house at the end of 2015. Within 20 minutes of me signing the paperwork to place the property on the market they were on the phone to me with two interested parties. By the following Saturday, 12 viewings had been arranged, and we were offered full asking price. From start to finish they worked tirelessly to ensure exchange and completion happened within a short period of time; liaising with solicitors on both sides, the buyers and ourselves. Without their help the whole process would have taken a lot longer and been a lot more stressful. A truly excellent service.

Lee Grace and Gabriella Pizza were efficient and understood what level of advice I required as a Landlord. They answered emails promptly which made the whole finding a tenant process move very quickly. I would highly recommend.

GoogleReally pleased with Mann Dartford as my choice of my estate agent. It was first time selling a property and there are a lot of tips and tricks estate agents put in place to try make you sell via them, I was after somebody who was clear, honest and to the point - Mann were exactly this. The valuation they gave and got me was higher than any other quote I had and their fee more than reasonable within the market. I found Kevin and Rachel to be easily approachable and not overly pushy, would highly recommend to anybody in the Dartford area looking to sell, particularly those in Ingress Park as they have good experience in selling properties within this area.
