GoogleMy wife and I have been delighted and most impressed with Mann Lettings Ramsgate's help and professionalism in finding suitable tenants for one of our properties - a painstakingly renovated terrace house for which we wanted caring tenants - a family was found immediately,and we are looking forward to some rental income again! We have dealt with Mann exclusively during the past few years and would recommend their efficient and friendly service without hesitation.

GoogleIt is always a pleasure working with Mann Lettings in Ramsgate. Their service is always enthusiastic, thorough, efficient and professional. Their continued contact throughout the lettings process is extremely valuable allowing all involved to be kept assured and up to date at all times. Having used several agents within the area in the past I soon learned I only needed one. Therefore I would always recommend Mann Lettings in Ramsgate as a starting point, knowing you need not look any further.

GoogleI didn't know a thing about the Ramsgate area before I moved. but Mann were really helpful and found me a great place. They've also been really easy to talk to, and considerate about all of my queries since I've moved in. I would definitely recommend them!

GoogleMann's lettings have been managing my property for almost 10 years now and the service I have received has been exemplary. Vicky has been looking after my property and she has always worked conscientiously in providing me with new tenants as soon as possible. Also the level of communication from Vicky has always been very prompt with issues relating to the property etc. I have no hesitation in recommending their services to others.

GoogleOne star is too much. Mann lettings are the worst estate agents in Thanet. From the experience so far I hope that I never have a problem with the property to have to speak to them ever again. I will tell anyone who asks how awful they are. Charging fees through the roof, I feel like ive just thrown money away as Ive had nothing from them to prove they have earnt it. Always get a pathetic response (which i will also probably get in response to this review). The staff are obnoxious and lazy. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

GoogleQuick to take my deposit and then the silent treatment for weeks.... six requests for a call back and not one other then to ring my number for one ring then hang up over the space of ten days.... they even sound patronising when they are apologising for not calling you back.... communication is a basic human skill
