GoogleHamptons Salisbury have been really good from the outset. Their attention to detail in listing our property ensured we secured a sale in a difficult market. The staff at the office have all been a pleasure to deal with and kept us informed at all times. Once we'd sold, Tania the sales progressor for Hamptons did a fantastic job of driving the chain to a successful exchange of contracts; again, a real pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend Hamptons Salisbury to anyone looking to put their property on the market.

GoogleWe utilised the services of Hamptons Real Estate, Salisbury recently in the purchase of a new property. Interestingly, Hamptons have a modus operandi where once an offer has been accepted the sales team hand you over to a what they term a "Sales Progressor". Based on our subsequent experiences, this is a very well thought out strategy providing a focused approach to the all important nitty gritty bit of getting a purchase transaction over the line. Our Sales Progressor was Tania and she proved to be extremely skilled in working with what at times felt like multiple stakeholders in an extremely thorough, diligent and knowledgeable way. Having a legal background also proved a real asset and she was extremely responsive at all times, whenever a follow-up was required or necessitated. In summary, she certainly added a lot of added value and I would commend Hamptons for adopting this line of approach with their clients.

GoogleCharlie was extremely helpful. She returned my enquiry promptly, gave some excellent advice about the local market and helpful introductions to her network. In the end I wasn't able to take up one of Hamptons properties but Charlie still went above and beyond & I will definitely look to use them again in the future.

They were particularly helpful, especially in sourcing information and acting as an effective bridge with their client. GoogleWe recently purchased and sold a property through Hamptons. Paul and the team at Esher were very helpful, friendly and committed to selling our house for us even during a difficult period for the housing market. They thoughtfully arranged viewings to minimize inconvenience to us but were also keen to get interested buyers to see the property. We accepted an offer after only two months and the sale went ahead smoothly.
