What a 5 star service! Jenny Glover, senior letting agent from Hamptons was absolutely amazing during my letting process. She came out to value my property for letting and came with so much advice and knowledge. She was honest and knowledgeable throughout my consultation, and was happy to spend time talking to me about any queries I had. She provided me with in depth literature to read in my own time, and was always at the end of the phone or email if I had further questions. She valued my property and kept me informed throughout the process. Jenny was timely in uploading my property to Rightmove, and the pictures of my home were first class. She gave me great insight into each of my possible tenants, which made choosing tenants easier. She accommodated me meeting them and she facilitated a smooth transition between being a home owner to a landlord. Nothing was too much work for Jenny, and this was so appreciated as I can imagine letting a property could be a challenging process. Jenny and the team have been nothing but supportive, informative and friendly. I have recommended Hamptons to others who are thinking of renting their cherished property! Hamptons were one of a small selection of estate agents that we considered before putting our house on the market. We were impressed with team at Hamptons and in Particular with Vicky Miles who had a prior experience and success of selling a similar property in the road. Vicky was confident that she could also be successful with the sale of Cornwall House. She was excellent from start to finish, always available and quick to communicate and extremely helpful and flexible for us - who were very demanding Clients! Selling a home and moving can be very stressful but she was on it from day helping us, nothing was too much to ask. The process was dealt with professionally and efficiently and she was always there to answer any of our questions and concerns. We were very impressed with the speed of the whole sale process and we were able to move to our new home very quickly as a result of the excellent service with Vicky and the team at Hamptons of Esher handling our sale.
