Really great experience with the Hamptons team. I was trying to find a property very quickly, with a move out date fast-approaching! Daniel contacted me and arranged a viewing of the property that I had previously enquired about-really impressed that they had done this so quickly! Azal was brilliant with showing me the property and coordinating a quick process with admin/forms/agreements. She was great at communicating with me throughout. Hamptons were one of a small selection of estate agents that we considered before putting our house on the market. We were impressed with team at Hamptons and in Particular with Vicky Miles who had a prior experience and success of selling a similar property in the road. Vicky was confident that she could also be successful with the sale of Cornwall House. She was excellent from start to finish, always available and quick to communicate and extremely helpful and flexible for us - who were very demanding Clients! Selling a home and moving can be very stressful but she was on it from day helping us, nothing was too much to ask. The process was dealt with professionally and efficiently and she was always there to answer any of our questions and concerns. We were very impressed with the speed of the whole sale process and we were able to move to our new home very quickly as a result of the excellent service with Vicky and the team at Hamptons of Esher handling our sale.

Would assign zero stars, if I could. My husband was renting a new-build property but due to a water pipe leakage the ground floor apartments have all been evacuated. He cannot get ahold of anyone in this estate agents and has been told it’s impossible due to tonight’s Christmas party. Husband is scrambling around trying to book hotels while he awaits any type of response from this bunch of idiots.
