Outstanding service from Hamptons and especially Mohamed. All three units at our Stanton Harcourt development were let within two weeks of instruction, with tenants moved in before Christmas, a fantastic result in a challenging market. Mohamed went above and beyond throughout the process: proactive viewings, strong tenant screening, clear communication, and excellent negotiation. This wasn’t a case of “list and wait”, it was hands-on, ownership-driven agency done properly. Professional, honest, responsive and genuinely committed to delivering the best outcome. We began our search for a home from abroad about three months before our move. Hamptons and Shumeet offered video viewings and continuously looked for different options for us throughout this time, always taking our needs and feedback into account. We often had long phone calls about the housing market, and Shumeet was always understanding and kind, never in a bad mood or saying a harsh word. Our estate agent Shumeet was absolutely fantastic during our recent house move. The whole process ran so smoothly from start to finish. Shumeet reduced the stress levels involved when moving house. He was very personable and professional at all times. A week after moving in we received a follow up email checking in with us. I have never received a follow up like this from any other estate agents. During the initial viewing he afforded us ample time to view the property, never once rushing us. If all estate agents operated with this type of dedication and commitment then moving house would not be such a nightmare! I can not recommend him highly enough....

Our family is looking at moving from overseas to Oxford. At the same time I am also looking to change job. In this highly stressful and highly complex situation Hamptons have been brilliant in explaining the real estate dynamics in Summertown. Shumeet Fatania has been a “guardian angel” in spending a huge amount of time (which is the greatest gift that anyone can give) and energy in finding letting options for our family. Having found options he’s then gone beyond the “call of duty” in ensuring an equitable outcome between potential landlords and tenants. Shumeet and Hamptons are the best on Banbury Road and don’t waste your time with any other agent.

They are a class act. Very responsive, and enthusiastic: they genuinely seem interested in the house, its history and how it had been refurbished. Heather was particularly delightful to deal with. They were good at screening viewers so that only those who were a serious prospect got to look around; avoiding the curious, nosy and aspirational. There is no such thing as a ‘Hamptons House’, they were more than happy to help sell my 3 bed semi-detached property. From our first contact with them, Carol-Ann was fantastic. We felt in safe hands; her market knowledge was excellent and no hard sales techniques were employed, unlike with other agents we had look at the property. 'Heather at Hamptons' - That was what came up on my phone. Well Heather at Hamptons was absolutely brilliant. Professional. She got to know what we needed, what was available and what worked. For us, she sold a grade II Listed building in a flood zone - which by the way has never flooded. She worked around times for viewings, family life and just was so helpful. About the office, Heather has the back up of Carol-Anne, who was also wonderful should Heather not be available. If all were busy Tatiana would answer the phone and in a very calm manner set all worries aside and confirm that one of the ladies would be in contact soon. I was selling a HOME I have lived in for 32 years, a big deal to me, I moved in when I was 20, brought up a family and was now ready for a downsize. The house is decorated to my taste. There was no - well I think we should do this. Heather worked with what she had. And what a fine job she did. We sold and although there were a few stumbling blocks it went smoothly. Fantastic Job I highly recommend these Ladies FIVE STARS PLUS
