We have had the pleasure of working with Tia as our Property Manager at Hamptons for the past three years while living at Norfolk House, and we are delighted that she is now also managing our new home. Throughout this entire time, she has been consistently outstanding. Tia is incredibly polite, professional and genuinely attentive. She is always very responsive to any concerns or requests we raise, and she handles every issue promptly and efficiently. It is clear that she takes great pride in her work and truly cares about ensuring tenants are comfortable and well supported. What really stands out is how organised and proactive she is. Whether it is arranging maintenance, following up on queries, or simply making sure everything runs smoothly, Tia manages everything exceptionally well and with a positive attitude. Having a property manager like Tia makes a huge difference to the overall renting experience. After having the property on & off the sales market, with another property agent, for the last 4 years and encountering many major obstacles during that time, such as the Corvid 19 lockdowns followed by spiralling interest rates (caused by Liz Truss’s disastrous time in office) we were getting pretty downhearted with our lack of success in selling the property. So, we decided, in May this year, to engage Hamptons as our preferred agent. This turned out to be a great move as we had, within the first month 4 viewings and 1 confirmed offer, which was immediately accepted, at almost the advertised price. We found our rental house through the team at Hamptons in Guildford. The process was seamless and very professional. The team of Jessica, Philip and Emily is top notch. We were handed on to the next member of the team for each leg of the relay .. and the baton change was faultless. The whole process was painless, thanks to them. I had found the market full of poor properties, non-differentiated pricing and very average agent service. Hamptons had a good property from a lovely landlady and helped us to secure it fast.
