Beth at Hamptons Teddington was phenomenal in the process of buying my first home! From my very first enquiry until I collected the keys, Beth did everything possible to make the process easy for me. No matter how silly my questions were or how complex things became with my solicitors, Beth was patient and understanding, talking me through every step of the way! She made time for me whenever I needed something, whether visiting the flat over and over again or popping in to the shop for a quick chat, Beth was always there and happy to help! I am so lucky to have gone through Hamptons and found Beth! I cannot recommend them enough!

Hamptons sold my house in just 17 days! I had previously listed with other agents, and honestly, Hamptons stood out by far for their expertise, sales experience, and genuine honesty. Charlie was my main point of contact, but the entire office was friendly and approachable. We recently purchased a property through Hamptons in Teddington. Both Tom and Honey assisted with viewings and in keeping us updated; these were often at short notice but both were great to deal with - professional and with great local knowledge. Honey was the main point of contact. She was always helpful, friendly and responded promptly to any queries we had. If Honey was out on another appointment, any messages we left were quickly passed on by the other team members and Honey got back to us as soon as she could. Overall, it was a very pleasant buying experience because of Honey, Tom and the rest of the team at Hamptons and I would be very happy to recommend.

Daniel Carey was a real pleasure to deal with! I can’t recommend him & Hamptons branch in Teddington highly enough as he made what seemed like a complicated process to run smoothly and efficiently. I initially contacted Daniel about another property and explained that I wasn’t looking to rent immediately but was interested in hearing about similar properties in the future. I outlined what I wanted from an ideal ‘home’, and to my amazement, Daniel and his colleague Hafeez sent me a listing of a property I immediately fell in love with (there was no time wasting with Hamptons; they listened to my specific requirements and provided exactly what I was looking for the first time round!). Daniel was incredibly accommodating to offer a virtual tour of the house and its neighbourhood (I couldn't personally view it as I was away) and took a lot of initiative showing me surrounding areas and potential places of interest for the whole family. Daniel was terrific in managing the entire process with genuine enthusiasm and always responded to emails and numerous requests in a timeous, polite, and friendly manner. He was incredibly warm, and ‘human’ in his communication from day one, and this immediately set him apart from his competitors. I genuinely felt he had my best interest at heart and trusted his judgement! Because of Dan, we rented a beautiful property without even viewing it! Thank you Daniel & Hamptons for your help; I now live in the place that I genuinely love!
