I was really impressed by the professionalism of Hamptons and I can't recommend them highly enough. They gave us practical sound advice all the way through the process, kept us updated with what was happening and went out of their way to be helpful. Selling the house was not straightforward because of issues lower down the chain (with other estate agents) but Honey Starling was absolutely relentless and always on the case on our behalf! Buying or selling a house can be very stressful but Honey was a joy to deal with and made sure we got the result we wanted.

As first time buyers, we were unsure about the process of buying a house but Tom Headden has been fantastic throughout the whole process- especially when we discovered that a house further up the chain was caught in probate which delayed exchange. Tom was an absolute star, he kept in touch with all parties in the chain to get updates and finally to agree exchange/ completion dates with some difficult people higher in the chain. He answered all the queries we had and kept us updated throughout. Prior to buying a house, I never understood the value an estate agent would add but I can honestly say we would have been lost without Tom. Thanks for all your help and we will definitely consider using you guys again in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend you!

We have ended up in our absolute dream house and it was such a pleasant experience getting to the point of the key hand-over. Miki and Shona were incredibly professional, honest, supportive and on task. When I hardly had time to chat they were very to the point, whereas when I required more attention they were ready to give me more of their time. Max was a surprisingly easy estate agent to work with. Quite atypical compared the usual stereotype for people in this job because he has a laidback and calm yet knowledgeable personality that made the process of buying our first home less stressful. He also didn't pressurise us to buy the property either, he let us properly think and double check everything, until we felt comfortable to put in an offer. On top on that, he was very helpful, honest and speedy at answering any query we had.

I’ve been renting for many years, at times it’s been beyond stressful just dealing with agents. I will now only recommend Hamptons in Teddington. They have proved to be by far the most efficient, helpful and easy to deal with over any of their competitors in this area. As a tenant, my property manager is Gemma Ward and she is a star. My heating died overnight, the house was like a freezer on Monday morning. Quick email to Gemma, she had engineers here by midday to fix the issue. Very happy in our new home knowing we’re in capable and friendly hands.

We found a lovely property with Hamptons and their efficiency and fantastic customer service was so great we decided to sell our flat with them too - they sold our flat within 2 weeks of being on the market and we got the asking price. We have just exchanged after around only 6 weeks of all offers being accepted. The team are very helpful and they kept us in the loop at all stages. Dealing with Hamptons it was a smooth experience and for a first time buyer this is very important. I appreciated that they only contacted me for flats that were relevant for my budget and my requirements. After finding a flat I had information constantly on the progress and next steps and the interaction was constant but just the right amount.It's good to deal with an agency which just makes things seem easier in such a stressful time.
