GoogleMark and the team provided exemplary service to us throughout the process. We chose Hamptons not because of their fantastic network and good reputation but because we liked the team and their approach. They were proactive without being pushy and were a pleasure to deal with throughout. We could not recommend them highly enough. Particular mention goes to Tom Headden who always stayed the right side of professional while also being extremely helpful and friendly.

GoogleWe chose to sell our Twickenham property with Hamptons Teddington on personal recommendation and we did not regret it. The property photography and listing/brochure presented our property very well and they understood the need to organise viewings around the lifestyle of our young family (no evenings!). The listing went up quickly and the sale was agreed within 4 days at above the asking price. Many thanks to all, especially Mark, Richard & Tom.

GoogleWe had an awful experience renting through Hamptons, I'm so glad to finally move out of their property and become a home owner and not deal with letting agents again!. With 2 x rent rises which were not in line with the area at all and the constant checking up on you living in the property and to top it off It took nearly 6 weeks to get our deposit back after the case was taken to TDS we finally got our deposit back in full as we were in the right. The property managers are awful and rude at head office not to mention useless and will not solve your property issues in good time. The lettings manager Shona in the Teddington office needs some customer service training , whilst the letting agents seem all very friendly when your looking to rent, once you're in and wanting to move out 18 months later it's a different story, they could not care less about you as tenants and are looking to make the new tenants satisfied rather than you. The last 8 weeks of living in the property is just awful, your privacy is invaded with constant viewings and they will do their best to hang on to your deposit for as long as they can, they are not impartial they are all for their landlords. Thank god for TDS otherwise I cant imagine how many people would loose they're money renting through this company.

We have looked into your feedback further and feel there may be some confusion. We can see there was only one rental increase throughout your tenancy and the deposit was returned after 3 and half weeks with no involvement by the TDS. We are therefore unsure how to respond to these points further but invite you to contact customercare@hamptons-int.com with more details. We understand end of tenancies can be stressful which is why following the inspection, the team organised for only one afternoon of viewings to take place to cause minimal disruption to you, with a second viewing taking place a few days later with your consent. We apologise you feel the level of service received has not been to a high standard but having reviewed the matter we are confident the team worked hard to support you throughout tenancy and were professional at all times. GoogleTop-class service, neither pushy nor too complacent - we sold and bought through Hamptons in Teddington - the process dragged on well beyond when most would have given up (not their fault, other circumstances), and yet they quietly persevered and kept in touch with both us as sellers and the people we were buying from (and those buying from us) - towards the later stages prior to exchange, they were on the case, chasing loose ends and making sure everyone was moving forwards, though even then, a major last-minute intervention was required in order to get he bottom of the chain unstuck, and they pulled it off without stressing out everyone else in the process. We always got the impression they were being as honest and open as they could be through the process and appreciated the advice they gave us...they were always responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleEstate agents are often tainted with the same distasteful brush however, dealing with Hamptons has restored our confidence and put minds at ease in the process of buying our first property. We would particularly recommend Richard Hicks who was friendly, supportive and made sure we were happy with everything. If we ever move in the future we know who to turn to :)

GoogleWe had been in the hotel for more than a month, spent so much in search of an apartment. We came across some agents while searching but Hamptons Estate Agents stood out as the BEST. They were so prompt, trustworthy & very professional. We moved into the apartment within a short period. One of their staff by name Georgia, was exceptionally amazing. Her customer relation is very commendable. The apartment is so beautiful & comfortable. We would definitely recommend them over & over.
