We have been both buyer and seller at Hamptons over the last three years and have been incredibly well looked after by Elena Molaie throughout. She has raised the bar of professionalism while always being helpful and approachable. We were kept informed at every stage of both purchase and sale and always felt that however trivial a question it was answered. Buying and selling a property does not happen often in life and to have the guiding hand of someone like Elena made the enormity of that easier at every stage. Could not recommend the agent I dealt with, Elena Molaie, more highly. From the beginning to end of a fairly complex sale, she was extremely effective, proactive, and cheerful. Update as at 18/12/19 - Hamptons have since sold my property which completed today. Graham and Elena were great & found suitable buyers in a difficult market. Hamptons are currently marketing my flat to sell but in the meantime my tenancy came to an end and I urgently needed to re-let the flat on a short term basis. The sales team passed it to their lettings department and within a very short amount of time Rory and Rachel had found a suitable tenant to move in and arranged everything efficiently with a very quick turn around & minimal void period. I couldn't recommend them more, they are extremely professional and have gone out of their way to ensure things went smoothly. Couldn't be happier. Thank you Rory and Rachel, you're brilliant! Hopefully I will soon be writing a similar review for the sales department :-) but I have to say to date, they've been great at keeping me updated on all viewings carried out.

We were looking to sell and buy in the Barnes and East Sheen area in the first half of 2019. We came across Hamptons early in our search when we were looking tentatively, and following that decided to instruct them for our sale in Barnes. Hamptons generated a good level of interest and found our buyer, even in a challenging market. Hamptons also understood our search criteria and they showed us a number of credible properties, some of which were off-market. Buying and selling houses is a stressful process so who you deal with is very important - both Graham Price and Elena Molaie were professional, attentive, honest and calm throughout and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

We approached Hamptons to find us long term tenants, which they did almost instantly; the tenant came for eight months and couldn’t have been more perfect. Rory and Rachel were super efficient and charming people to deal with, the business was handled easily and swiftly, all in all it was a remarkably trouble free experience. Rory couldn’t have been more helpful and the tenant was the answer to a prayer, the flat was immaculate and we didn't even need to withhold any of the deposit. Thank you so much Rory and Hamptons.
