We recently appointed Hamptons on the sale of our family home. Having sold most of the properties on our road over the years, Richard and his team gained exceptional knowlegde of properties in our area. Richard's sound knowledge of the market and his wealth of experience showed throughout the process. It was a complicated as there were four parties involved which was compounded when the first chain collapsed just before exchange but, Richard managed the situation by restoring the chain within a week. He always acted in a calm and friendly manner with a positive attitude which inspired trust and confidence under extreme pressure. Richard always represented our interest whilst balancing the needs of all the other parties involved. He also stayed fully invested when things were not going our way. We couldn't have been more pleased with the stirling service provided by Hamptons. Thank you so, so much for making this sale happen!

I rented a flat through Hamptons Wimbledon for more than 3 years. The provided service was exceptional. The team are highly customer-oriented, professional and honest. Hamptons team led the process fast, smooth and hustle free for both a landlord and us as a tenant. If something was not clear for us we just asked and every tiny detail was explained explicitly well. Even though I’m not renting a flat anymore, I recently asked for a historical record of our previous tenancy. Once again, the team was lightning fast with their help and kindhearted support. We rented a property managed by the Hamptons Wimbledon for 6 years, and have endured a litany of problems, from frequent leaks through roofs and pipes, roof tiles falling onto our patio, damp through outside walls, no hot water in the top floor bathroom, a poorly secured gate leading to a break-in, several weeks withot heating and hot water and many, many other problems. Repairs were slow and often shoddy, and little decorative work was done, so stains from the leaks remained throughout our tenancy. Throughout our tenancy, we were not offered a penny in compensation. However, when we left the property, *we* were charged for alleged decorative defects against our deposit, including an attempt to charge us 540 pounds (!) to remove a faint chalk drawing from an outside wall.

I was relocating from Nottingham to London. Emily was very helpful with arranging facetime viewings and face to face viewings on weekends I was available. Our experience with Hampton's Wimbledon was fantastic from the get go. Finding the right home when one moves to a new city and country is one of the more critical actions a family makes. Hamptons made the experience very easy for us in finding the right home in the Wimbledon area. After moving in as well, they've been very responsive to our various requests as the property manager. The positive attitude and quality of service is evident in pretty much everyone at the Wimbledon location.
