From Greg's initial visit to Karl, Jan & JB taking over the reigns and helping with numerous questions and overseeing the move (they are probably pleased to see the back of me!) and to Nuala who was very helpful with providing any documenation. I have recently exchanged and I would like to say a massive thank you to Greg and Jan and the team at Hamptons Windsor branch. Jan has been on my house hunting journey from the beginning and it didn’t take her long to identify the perfect property for me when it came up. Jan has been super kind, flexible, helpful and patient with me every step of the way and I couldn’t have wished for a better person to have found the perfect property for me. Nothing was ever too much trouble even accommodating various visiting relatives on property hunts. Having just completed on a new purchase, I cannot praise Hamptons in Windsor more highly. Jan is one of the best (and nicest) people I've had the pleasure of dealing with, and I will miss my interactions with her which is testament to how brilliant she has been! From the initial viewings through to completion, Jan has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She always made herself available (even if she was meant to be taking the day off!) and felt she was really invested in wanting the best for me! Jan was incredibly responsive throughout as well as proactively communicating updates to ensure complete transparency. She even went out of her way to help me plan for a successful moving in day, all done so with a smile (and a laugh along the way!). We recently completed both a house sale and purchase through Hamptons Windsor. Having found a house we liked on the market with Hamptons, we decided for ease to list ours with them too. We were fortunate to have an agent friend experienced, but no longer working in the area, who gave a shortlist of three agents they felt we might consider for the sale of our porperty near Windsor. We chose Nick at Hamptons as we felt he had a a depth of experience and a straightforwardness that we felt was genuine. Plus the network and resouces of a large agency. The sale took a while (unlucky timing to market!) and yet they kept plugging away on social media etc and Nick was available for regular consultation and reviews. Once the sale was underway we were surprised to find the Office employed a "chaser" in the form of Jackie who was brilliant at her chasing job and as intermediary, and giving updates on the state of play - to a successful conclusion.
