Hamptons Haywards Heath has handled our property and change of tenants with professionalism and dedication. Victoria and Lucy have gone above and beyond what we might have expected to help us and keep us informed. James manages our house extremely well and we are happy. We have no hesitation in recommending them all.

A market appraisal was done quickly but their lettings team is terrible with communication. Emails are not answered, messages left with colleagues are never responded to. The lettings manager is never available unless you happen to catch him picking up the call! I was recommended as a friend had a good experience with sales, but their lettings division is awful..
