A slightly overdue review. I don’t usually leave feedback for letting services, but when something is done well, it deserves to be recognised. A big thank you to Ellady Watson for her warm and friendly approach throughout our tenancy journey. Ellady supported us when we moved in and again when it was time to move out. She was always professional, approachable, and helpful. I still remember her kindly picking me up from Newbury to visit a property that later became our home and a very special place for us. This was a gesture that meant a lot and really set the tone from the start. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend getting in touch with her if you’re looking to rent a property.

Over 18 months Shelley Shakespeare was responsible for conducting the majority of the viewings of our home in Newbury. We needed to find a property to let very close to christmas and in a short time frame due to our house sale. Ellady was absolutely fantastic, she met me at the property we were looking at, with very little notice and close to the end of the day and couldn't have been more helpful. It was an absolute privilege to have Ellady Watson help me find the perfect family home. She listened carefully to our specific needs and immediately identified a few properties, which might be suitable. Within a couple of days we had found the right property and she was incredibly helpful and efficient during the contract exchange and finalizing all details. It is very rare to find someone who communicates as well as Ellady. Even when there were no updates per se, she still checked in to let me know how things stood and what she was working on. I am writing regarding Amber Pike, an agent who showed us a house to let in Hungerford this week. Amber was not only warm and welcoming when we arrived at the viewing but she had extensive knowledge of the house and was able to answer all our questions. During the few days after our viewing Amber kept us informed of her conversations with the owner and explained a few more puzzling aspects of the property. Most of all she was available for us and always professional and cheerful. The previous day we had viewed another property in the same vicinity and there was a sharp contrast in the agent's manner and knowledge of that property. I have to share the comments of the last reviewer regarding this Agency and particularly Amber. We are a family looking for a country family home, in a very fast competitive market. Amber was outstanding with communication, viewings and flexibility. We had been extremely disappointed in the manner and attitude of several agents in the Hampshire/Berkshire area.
