Hamptons were my first choise agent when it came to looking for new tenants for my property. Danica and Alfie were the primary personnel I dealth with at the Newbury offfice. Danica in particular kept me in formed at every stage and I had a telephone call when a viewing was booked and when it had taken place to give me detailed feedback. Hamptons dealt with the sale and purchase of my property. It was very complicated for a number of reasons and Hamptons were excellent throughout! I would often speak to them twice daily and they would always keep me up to date with the situation as it changed, as well as help me find solutions to road blocks we were encountering. I haven't got a negative word to say about them. Both Deborah and Kate were excellent and I would highly recommend Hamptons to anyone.

Hamptons have looked after my property for a number of years and they never cease to surpass my level of expectations. They make the whole process as easy as possible for me, from finding suitable tenants, to the paperwork, to the management. The staff in particular make this an exceptional branch, Alfie, Jack and Danica in the Newbury branch are professional, friendly and give an all round superb service. Astrid in the lettings management department is every landlords dream, she is not only professional, polite and gives you a personal service but she always goes that extra mile to above and beyond to help and please both the landlord and the tenant. This is a great estate agent and has quality staff who all together work as a team to give a first class service. Would highly recommend.
