GoogleHad a really positive experience when looking to rent a property with the Salisbury branch of Hamptons. Charlie was nothing but helpful, friendly, and highly communicative throughout the entire process. All issues were followed up and handled quickly, and subsequently the move went relatively smoothly. We had an excellent experience and would recommend for those looking to rent in the Salisbury area.

GoogleAmazing service, exceptional attention to detail. I don't live in the area where the house was being sold so required some extra help from the agent. Nothing was too much trouble throughout the process. I dealt with Ms Curtis who was professional, knowledgeable and respectful throughout. I would highly recommend this estate agency.

GoogleProfessional and friendly, I did not feel remotely pressured into renting the property, even though I was one of the first viewers and really liked it. After I said yes, Nick was quick to take it off the market and then keep me informed at every step throughout the referencing process. They vet you thoroughly - which can only be a good thing, and Nick was always available when I had any questions or issues before I got the keys to my lovely house.

GooglePaul and the team at Hamptons have recently sold my mother in law’s house as well as being the agent on her next move. The process was professional but personal with Paul in particular going the extra mile to make my mother in law comfortable with and supported through the process. Even sending reminders on process for meter reading, removers etc. The also pitched the market right and found an excellent buyer within our target price even though it was the most challenging time (just after “that” budget). The sale was pretty seamless but when small issues and queries came up the team were quick to sort out. We plan to downsize ourselves in 5 years or so and would feel very confident to use the team.

GoogleAll the staff at Hamptons Marlborough (sales and rentals) are polite, warm and engaging, and helpful. A good group of people. Very efficient and personal in handling our search for a rented property up to the point of securing one. Then, when the system took over for legals, references etc, this paper process became a little impersonal and, not having rented for a very long time, we felt a little discomfort. An email, setting out exactly what would happen when, would have been helpful. It may be that, as Hamptons were only instructed to find a tenant and were not managing the property, there was a little gap in communication. A minor issue - overall we had a very good experience and would recommend them.

GoogleI recently completed a move with Hampton's Salisbury. I rarely leave reviews, but this company have been excellent and have exceeded my expectations. My contact, Charlie, has been exceptional, from keeping me updated, to wishing me well on moving day, and calling a few days after to ensure all went ok, she really has been 5 star, as have everyone involved along the way. GoogleWe were the buyers of a property being sold through Hamptons Marlborough. We were very impressed with the service and Millie Hubner was superb. She was totally professional throughout and we had full confidence in her and the process. She has excellent people skills and we trusted her from the outset, all the way to getting the keys! GoogleI have already posted a review for the Surbiton Branch re the sale of our quirky property, when we were all faced with the challenges of lock down, the war in Ukraine and rising interest rates. It was a great effort from the Surbiton team and Paul was a key part of that group and kept a cool head. Towards the end of the process Paul moved to Esher but Surbiton's loss is Esher's gain. GoogleI managed to buy a stunning property through Hamptons, Marlborough. All the staff were extremely helpful but in particular, Millie Hubner went above and beyond to assist with the complicated house sale. Millie was so incredibly patient and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. In particular, when she said she would find something out and get back to me, she always did so I never had to chase her. A credit to the already amazing team and I hope to purchase another property through Hamptons, Marlborough soon. Thank you so much to Mille and all the team for your patience and for making what usually is a stressful purchase into something memorable.

GoogleIf your looking to rent avoid! Had a viewing lined up and drove 10 miles to see the property only for letting agent (Nick roberts) to call as I was outside the property (30 minutes before viewing) stating that the current tenants had decided to remain for another year! Worst organised estate agents, no apology. Avoid.
