GoogleA very big thank-you to Jenny, Charlotte, Charlie and Emily, the letting team at the Salisbury branch. They worked tirelessly to get my property redecorated and back on the market after the previous tenant had left, and very quickly found me a new tenant. They are an excellent team, kind, caring and efficient, very good at keeping me in touch with everything and always a pleasure to work with.

Everyone, namely Jenny, Charlie and Charlotte have been and continue to be extremely friendly, efficient, and responsive to all our concerns about our rental property. GoogleWe put our house on the market with Hamptons Esher and we were very pleased with their professionalism and hard work. Andrew found us the perfect purchasers and although the process was far from easy, Paul carried this forward. We must also mention Cheryl who went above and beyond, as liaison between the buyers and ourselves with patience, tact and humour. She gave us constant updates and always returned our calls.

GoogleWe just moved in to our new space. Thanks to Hamptons, especially to Charlie Dunne who is very accommodating, approachable and helpful during our process. Hamptons Agents are great and process was so easy, no hassle to go from now and then to their office just to fill up forms; online process made it easy for me and my husband. They are very helpful getting what you need to do from getting house insurance, bills to set up, moving in and most of everything I think ☺️☺️. Totally 💯 worth experience. By the way 1st timer here to use there services and I will surely recommend it to my relatives and friends.. hoping for more worth experience from you all (next move to have own) ☺️☺️

GoogleGreat service in securing the tenant so 5 starts for that. 1 star though as the property management has been a disaster. Mistake after mistake month in and out. Wrong amounts been paid, incorrect amounts being held back unauthorized payment taken without being authorized. Securing a tenant excellent service, do not go with property management with them as you end spending more time than is worth the money.

Nick was brilliant and found a lovely property that was fit for purpose on very short notice. The overall process was seamless and despite facing many setbacks, Nick ensured the deal was executed and within a matter of under a week I was in my new home. GoogleWe discussed the sale of our property with many of the local Estate Agents . We felt totally confident that Hamptons would market our home with great sensitivity since we had lived in it with our family for nearly 30 years and loved every moment being there. Being time now to move on we could not have received greater care. Paul, Andrew, Cheryl and Rosie have all been just delightful to deal with, never a problem whatever we asked, plus they found us a buyer very quickly who have preceded to sale without a hitch. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Hamptons of Esher.
